Technical Support Specialists
Burli Software is growing and has multiple openings for technicians to provide technical support to our valued customers and resellers worldwide.
Their primary responsibilities will include providing high-quality product and technical support via email and telephone; troubleshooting technical issues; software testing and quality assurance; writing and maintaining documentation; and providing installation and training services, both remotely and on-site at customer facilities around North America.
The ideal candidate will possess a clear enthusiasm for technology; attention to detail; a commitment to providing responsive, top-quality technical support; and will be able to communicate sometimes-complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences in English. They will support the full range of products and services offered by Burli Software.
Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking is required. Additional skills with network infrastructure, hosted systems, and/or SQL databases is an advantage. Previous experience with Burli products, broadcast technology, and/or broadcast journalism are definite assets.
These positions offer the flexibility to work either remotely or from our Vancouver-area office.

Internships and Co-op Positions
Burli participates in co-op programs and sometimes has a limited number of summer job openings (typically May to December) for qualified post-secondary students with relevant skills.
