Burli is one of the few system to provide tools specifically for radio newsrooms, but that doesn't mean television newsrooms don't benefit from Burli as well.

Burli is also used in television news production.

Script Editing
The television script editor features expanded run-downs that include settings for technical notes (still store, character generator, camera, etc.) along with actual and cume lengths. Extended printing formats are also available for television users, providing multi-column displays.
Prompter
For television newsrooms Burli includes a VGA prompter that displays completed scripts (newscasts/bulletins) in large white-on-black lettering. Third-party television prompting systems are also supported.

Co-sited newsrooms
More and more news operations wish to share resources between television and radio newsrooms. Some of our clients use Burli to produce both radio and television programming from one newsroom, sharing data transparently. Any Burli workstation can switch between a radio or television editing station, and radio and television journalists can work side-by-side sharing data but using different sets of Burli's production tools.
