Computer newsroom system chosen by more broadcast schools

VANCOUVER, CANADA - Burli, the news production software for broadcasters, is to install in three more Canadian broadcast colleges this autumn. A majority of the schools in the country's Broadcast Educators Association now include Burli as part of their curriculum.

Loyalist College in Belleville, Ontario; Red River College in Winnipeg, Manitoba and Mount Royal College in Calgary, Alberta have all announced plans to include Burli in their programs as students return to their classrooms and labs in September.

"Burli is an important presence in Canadian newsrooms," says Stefan Ellis, President of Burli Software Inc. "We're excited that a significant number of the country's journalism and broadcast schools now consider Burli a must-have skill for their students."

Burli is an established sponsor of the Broadcast Educators Association of Canada and a member of its American counterpart, the BEA.
