June 01, 2002

Education package unveiled at broadcast educators conference

Halifax, Canada -- Burli Software Inc. today announced a limited-time educational package for post-secondary institutions in North America. The package saves educators about $15,000 off regular product pricing.

The announcement is being made on the second day of the annual Broadcast Educators Association of Canada (BEAC) conference in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Burli is the Platinum sponsor of the event.

The offer comes as more and more Canadian broadcast schools seek to include Burli as a vital part of their curriculum. "Burli is becoming a leading tool in Canadian newsrooms and schools are being asked for graduates with Burli experience," says Aaron Nakama, Burli's Operations Manager and CFO. "This pricing program will help schools produce graduates with skills and knowledge that are in genuine demand in the industry."

About the Educational Package

For a limited time, qualified post-secondary broadcast and journalism programs in North America can purchase five fully-loaded copies of Burli plus a three-disk video training series for a package price of $2999. Support, service and upgrade fees are extra. The offer expires on September 30, 2002.
